We ship to almost everywhere in the world.

If you live in the following countries, we cannot ship air purifier products to you due to import policies
- South Korea
All orders will be processed for shipment in 2–3 business days after the order has been placed, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. This is applicable to International Priority orders as well.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping email that will include your tracking information. If you did not receive a shipping email within 4 business days of ordering, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
The shipping services provided are subject to change depending on carrier reliability and special conditions that may affect shipment times.
The shipping times are estimates provided by our carrier partners, we do not file claims for late deliveries, and shipping costs are not refundable.

Orders may be subject to duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are calculated by the country. Our courier may also charge ancillary clearance service fees for clearance processing. These fees will be reflected in the invoice on a separate line item on the duty-and-tax invoice. You are responsible for paying any extra taxes or fees in order to receive the package delivered. In addition, delays may occur due to customs. We will do our best to provide you with the best shipping experience, but we have no control over these circumstances.

Refused Shipments:
If you refuse your shipment from QUAIR, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), the ancillary clearance service fees charged by our courier, plus the cost of returning the package to QUAIR.
Returned to Sender:
In some scenarios, the carrier may not be able to complete delivery to your address due to uncontrollable circumstances. If you see your package has been marked “Return to Sender” please contact our Customer Service Team.

Once your order has been shipped out, QUAIR is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment.
